Bankhead Recycling and Waste Centre
The Bankhead Recycling and Waste Management Centre at Duffshill Road is situated on the west side of the northbound carriageway of the A90 Dundee to Aberdeen Truck Road and consists of a fully licensed waste transfer station for industrial, commercial and domestic non-hazardous wastes. We accept in any registered waste carrier either on account or simply paying directly by cash or credit card.
We accept in the following waste types as mixed non-hazardous solid wastes or if pre sorted, at reduced rates;
- timber
- inert excavations
- brick
- blocks
- slabs
- garden wastes
- solid road tar excavations
- cardboard
- paper
- HDPE plastic pipes
- and all other general mixed construction or similar types of wastes
